Kelly Baker

Ms. Baker has been an occupational safety and health consultant for over fourteen years, training under Rob Medlock, retired Cleveland OSHA Area Director, and Mr. James Washam, retired OSHA Region V Machine Guarding and Lockout Coordinator. 

In that time, she has conducted over 500 safety and health audits and incident evaluations to determine causation, liability, and corrective measures. Since Mr. Washam’s retirement, Ms. Baker has become the company’s machine guarding and lockout expert.  Ms. Baker has also provided technical research and formulated opinions for intentional tort, VSSR, OSHA and negligence cases.  She has provided senior consultation services in the safety and health arena to employers throughout Ohio and beyond.
