Jay Medlock is a Certified Safety Professional who has provided senior consultation services in the safety and health arena to employers throughout Ohio and beyond for 13+ years. Mr. Medlock has represented hundreds of clients throughout the OSHA Inspection and Citation process during his career.

Mr. Medlock has also provided technical research and formulated opinions for intentional tort, VSSR, OSHA and negligence cases as SCR’s Vice President. Prior to accepting this position, Mr. Medlock was the Environmental, Health and Safety Manager for Cuyahoga County, the largest public employer in Ohio.
