Dave Keim

Mr. Keim has over 35 years of experience in Industrial Hygiene and Safety that began in the Air Force as a Bioenvironmental Engineering Technician. Mr. Keim was the lead inspector in hundreds of OSHA inspections including fatalities, significant and novel cases. Mr. Keim has experience in construction, manufacturing, warehousing, pharmaceutical, healthcare and many other industries.

Mr. Keim was the Assistant Area Director of the St. Louis OSHA office for thirteen years before retiring, leading a diverse team of industrial hygienists, engineers, and safety compliance officers. Dave has conducted over one thousand informal and formal settlement conferences. His experience evaluating employer’s safety & health management systems can identify potential gaps in your programs, helping ensure that workers return home safe at the end of the day.

Mr. Keim has proven successful at strategic planning having developed and implemented effective strategies that improved overall productivity and financial success. His strong problem-solving abilities and comprehensive experience in the Occupational Safety arena make him a great asset to the team. In his new position, Mr. Keim will be assisting SCR’s clients with high-level occupational health and safety consultative services as well as legal matters that arise.
