Lauren Eberts, ASP

Ms. Eberts graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health, and a minor in Spanish from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois. During that time, she interned with OSHA’s North Aurora Area Office, training under senior safety and health Compliance Officers as well as the Area Director. Out of college, Ms. Eberts worked as a Safety Consultant and Industrial Hygienist for the state of Ohio’s OSHA On-Site Consultation Program where she aided employers with improving their safety and health programs through workplace audits, investigations, exposure monitoring, and training. Building on that experience, Ms. Eberts became a Compliance Officer for OSHA’s Columbus Area Office where she led complex investigations for the agency including workplace accidents, worker fatalities, and chemical process safety management (PSM) investigations. Ms. Eberts leveraged her fluency in Spanish to assist in investigations for OSHA during this time.

Ms. Eberts joined SCR Safety Solutions in March of 2025 and is certified by the BCSP as an Associate Safety Professional (ASP). With over 12 years of Occupational Health and Safety experience, Ms. Eberts will leverage her experience, knowledge, and skills to assist our clients with construction and general industry needs and OSHA compliance matters that may arise.
