Gap Analysis

A Gap Analysis is an evaluation of a client’s written programs, training records, and a comprehensive physical assessment of the facility. It is designed to establish what elements of the program are performing well and where there are opportunities (“gaps”) where the client can further develop their existing systems.  Applicable OSHA and ANSI criteria will be referenced to provide both regulatory guidance and industry best practices.
