Change Analysis

When installing new equipment, expanding operations through building modifications, moving existing machinery to a new location, or designing a new machine from the ground-up, it is important to evaluate the machine, its intended location, and type of operation to reduce the potential for hazards once it has been delivered.

The change analysis is part of a multi-phase project to evaluate the proposed location of the new machine, evaluate the existing machine or similar equipment to anticipate potential hazards on a new design, review engineering drawings of the machine prior to construction to enhance safety systems, attend the Factory Acceptance Test to determine if there are any additional opportunities that may be addressed prior to delivery, and a post-commissioning evaluation to identify any outstanding items.  Effective management of change allows the client to mitigate potential hazards before the new equipment begins its production life.
